1. Introduction
Welcome to Jamal E Store For Online Selling. By accessing or using this website and placing an order, you (“you”, “customer”, “consumer”) accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place orders.

2. Definitions

• “Store”, “We”, “Us” refers to Jamal E Store For Online Selling, including its owners, agents, employees.

• “Goods” means any jewellery items or accessories listed on our website.

• “Order” means a request by you to purchase Goods via our website.

• We maintain all required business and e‑commerce licenses as per regulations of relevant UAE authorities. 

4. Website Use & Electronic Contracts

• By placing an Order and completing checkout, you agree that the contract is concluded electronically and is legally binding.

• You must provide accurate, complete and up‑to‑date information (name, address, contact, payment, delivery details).

5. Product Information, Pricing & Payment

• All products listed will include clear, truthful descriptions (materials, size, condition), and pricing. This ensures transparency under consumer rights laws.

• Prices displayed include applicable taxes (e.g. VAT), unless stated otherwise. Once order is confirmed, price will not change for that order.

• Payment shall be made using the methods offered at checkout. We use secure payment gateways in compliance with electronic payment laws.

6. Order Acceptance & Confirmation

• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion (e.g. stock unavailability, suspicious activity, license compliance).

• Upon acceptance, we will send you a confirmation (email or SMS) with order details (items, price, delivery address, expected delivery date).

7. Delivery & Shipping

• We deliver across all Emirates of UAE. Delivery times and charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout or in order confirmation.

• Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery. You must inspect the goods on receipt — if there is visible damage or defect, notify us immediately.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• You have the right to request return, exchange, or refund according to our “Return & Refund Policy,” provided the items are unused, in original condition and packaging — except where goods are custom-made or bespoke, which may be non-returnable or have special conditions.

• Return or refund requests must be made within 7 days from delivery.

• We comply with return/ refund regulations under UAE consumer law.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

• We collect and use your personal data (name, address, contact & payment information) solely to process orders, deliver goods, and provide customer service.

• We do not share your personal data with third parties for unsolicited marketing unless you explicitly consent. We implement security measures to protect your data in compliance with UAE’s data protection and e‑commerce regulations.

10. Intellectual Property & Content Use

• All content on the website (photos, text, logos, designs) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may view or download for personal use — but you may not republish, resell, or commercialize without our written permission.

• You may not misuse the website (e.g. hacking, hacking attempts, spamming, scraping, interfering with site security).

11. Advertising & Marketing

• All promotions, adverts, discount offers, and product labels are truthful, accurate and non‑misleading, in compliance with UAE advertising and consumer protection laws.

12. Limitation of Liability

• We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or from purchase/use of goods — except as required under applicable UAE law.

• Our maximum liability for any claim will be limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Goods.

13. Amendments to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and apply to future orders. Continued use of the website after such updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the UAE.

• For any dispute arising under these Terms, we will attempt amicable resolution first. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to competent UAE courts (or arbitration if agreed).
